Important note on sizes
The photographs for sale on this website come in a variety of sizes, and also ratios. Many of the pictures will be shot in a ‘cinematic’ 16:9 ratio, as movies are – my style lends itself well to this aspect. However other images may be in conventional 35mm ratios, i.e. 3:2, in other words sizes should be an even multiple of these figures to avoid cropping; for example:
- Aspect ratio 3:2; will work – 6″x4″, 24″x16″, 36″x24″ etc.; will not work (will be cropped) – 5″ x 7″, 24″ x 12″, 32″ x 24″
- Aspect ratio 16:9; will work – 8″x4.5″, 16″x9″, 32″x18″ etc.; will not work (will be cropped) - 8″x6″, 16″x12″, 32″x24″
- Aspect ratio 1:1; will work – 6″x6″, 24″x24″, 36″x24″ etc.; will not work (will be cropped) – 5″ x 7″, 24″ x 12″, 32″ x 24″
