It’s only just over a week since I visited St Bartholomew’s, Smithfield, London and by sheer coincidence I found myself outside the beautiful St Bartholomew’s in Brighton today. It is the highest parish church in Europe, according to the information inside.

One of my favourite sites in London, St Paul’s Cathedral. It was minus 4 Centigrade and took a long time for some French tourists to make their way down the bridge. I’d hoped to get a closer shot of the cathedral, but a huge (dwarfed by St Paul’s) Christmas tree had been placed in the optimal position!
Built from 1873-1880, and opened in 1811, the National History Museum is one of my favourite non-religious buildings in London. This photograph is of the main entry hall.
